A core belief of this graduate school in child development
is that children’s relationships with the adults in their
lives are critical to their development. We helped them
communicate that idea, their core values, and their
unique offerings through a new brand identity, campaign
and recruitment materials, website and advertisements.
Our design of Erikson’s campaign brochure highlighted
the school’s role in defining child development as an area
of study – and in changing perceptions of early childhood.
Facing History and Ourselves works with a global
network of 24,000 educators, staff, and fellows to eliminate
students’ fear of racial, religious and ethnic differences.
How do they do it? Our design laid out the journey, step
by step.
Chicago-Kent College of Law wanted a viewbook that

The Harris School at the University of Chicago prepares
men and women to solve some of society’s most complex

in the traditions of a great university.
Renaissance creates new schools in economically
challenged communities, taking a free-market approach.
This report aimed to raise funds and establish new
partnerships by showcasing the program’s successes.
Spertus, an institute of Jewish studies, was about to move
into a new, more visible and more accessible building. We
helped them create an identity to match, “evolving” their
existing logo and creating a brand-standards manual and
a series of invitations to their new museum.
For the past three years, Chicago Public Schools
has asked us to design English and Spanish directories
for their elementary and high school options. The cover
graphics needed to be inclusive and appealing to all
potential applicants, and to stand out in public
distribution sites.
